このプライバシーポリシーは、公益財団法人現代芸術振興財団（以下、「当財団」といいます）がお客様からお預かりするお客様の個人情報のお取扱いについて説明するものです。当財団へ個人情報をご提供いただくにあたり、または当財団のサービスをご利用いただくにあたっては、事前にこのプライバシーポリシーをよくお読みください。

１．個人情報の利用目的

当財団は、以下の目的で、お客様の個人情報を利用します。

  • （１）当財団のサービスの案内、提供および管理
  • （２）当財団のサービスに関するアンケートの実施
  • （３）各種イベント、キャンペーンの案内、運営、管理および各種情報の提供
  • （４）当財団のサービスに関する連絡

２．取得する個人情報

当財団は、前項に定める利用目的を達成するため、下記のお客様の個人情報を、適正かつ公正な手段によって取得します。

  • （２）当財団へのお問い合わせやご意見の内容
    お客様とのやり取りの中に含まれる情報、お問い合わせ・ご要望・ご意見の内容（それらの原因や解決方法を含みます）等
  • （３）当財団ウェブサイトのご利用状況を含むIT・システムデータ
    クッキーやウェブサイト上の行動ログ等を含むお客様が当財団ウェブサイトをどのようにご利用になったかについての情報等
３．第三者への開示・提供

当財団は、お客様の個人情報を第三者へ開示または提供することはありません。なお、業務委託により提供する場合は、第三者への開示または提供には該当しません。

４．共同利用

当財団は、お客様の個人情報を共同利用しません。

5．個人情報の管理

当財団は、お客様の個人情報をお預かりするにあたり、適切な管理を行うとともに、漏洩、紛失、改ざん等の防止のために最大限の注意を払っています。

６．個人情報の取扱いに関する請求

当財団は、当財団が保有するデータベースに保持されるお客様の個人情報について、お客様から所定の方法にて、開示、訂正、削除、追加、利用停止、消去（以下、「開示等」といいます）のいずれかに関するご請求を頂いた場合、請求された方がお客様ご本人であることを確認の上で、合理的な期間および範囲で、法令に従い対応します。
なお、ご請求が法令の定める要件を満たさない場合、または、法令により、開示等を拒絶することが認められる事由がある場合には、お申出に添えないことがございます。
また、利用目的の通知および開示に際しては、手数料を頂くことがありますので、あらかじめ御了承ください。

EEAプライバシーポリシー

EEAプライバシーポリシーでは、EU一般データ保護規則2016/679（以下、「GDPR」といいます）に基づく、欧州経済領域（以下、「EEA」といいます）に所在するお客様の個人情報の取扱いについて、説明いたします。
なお、プライバシーポリシーで規定する内容とEEAプライバシーポリシーで規定する内容が抵触する場合には、EEAプライバシーポリシーの規定が優先するものとします。

当財団は第三者との間で個人情報を共有いたしません。

5．個人情報の保管場所

当財団は日本に所在しております。日本は、欧州委員会から個人情報の保護が十分になされているとして十分性認定を受けております。

6．個人情報の保存期間

当財団は、個人情報を、その取得・処理目的を達成するために必要な期間に限り保持します。具体的な保持期間は、個人情報の取得・処理目的、個人情報の性質、法律上または業務上の個人情報保持の必要性を考慮して決定されます。

7．監督機関への不服申立て

お客様は、お客様に関連する個人情報の処理につき、お客様の居住地を管轄するデータ保護当局に対して異議を申し立てる権利を有します。
