井田幸昌
画家・現代美術家。1990年鳥取県生まれ。2019年東京藝術大学大学院油画修了。2018年Forbes JAPAN主催「30 UNDER 30JAPAN」に選出。2021年Diorによるアートプロジェクト「Lady Dior Art」#6に参加。2022年鳥取県文化奨励賞を受賞。
2022年、スペイン・マラガのピカソ生誕地ミュージアムにて、アジア人アーティストとして初めて招聘を受け、個展を開催。2023年には米子市美術館および京都市京セラ美術館にて個展を開催するなど、国内外で継続的に作品を発表している。
制作は絵画を軸に、彫刻や版画など多様な表現に取り組み、画家としての表現領域を探究している。2024年にはロンドンにもスタジオを立ち上げ、東京との二拠点での制作を開始。「一期一会」をテーマに、世界各地の風土や文化、人との出会いから生まれる「今、この瞬間」を作品に取り込み、現代における「描くこと」の意味を問い続けている。

Painter / Contemporary Artist, born in Tottori, Japan, in 1990. Completed an MFA in Oil
Painting at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2019. Selected for Forbes JAPAN “30 UNDER
30 JAPAN” in 2018. Participated in Dior’s art project Lady Dior Art #6 in 2021 and
received the Tottori Prefectural Cultural Encouragement Award in 2022.
In 2022, Ida was invited as the first Asian artist to present a solo exhibition at the
Picasso Birthplace Museum in Málaga, Spain. In 2023, he held solo exhibitions at
Yonago City Museum of Art and Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art, and continues to
present work both in Japan and internationally.
Centering on painting, Ida’s practice also engages sculpture and printmaking, exploring
the expanding possibilities of pictorial expression. In 2024, Ida established a studio in
London and began working between Tokyo and London. With Ichi-go Ichi-e as his
central theme, he captures the “here and now”̶born from encounters with climates,
cultures, and people across the world̶into his work, continuously questioning the
meaning of painting in the contemporary era.
